Legacy General Manager

Job Overview 

Legacy Creators Group is seeking experienced management professionals with a proven track record for success to join our team as a Legacy General Manager. This person will be responsible for the growth and development of all aspects of the business. The goal is to educate the community and create a sense of security through individualized protections and help aspiring individuals realize their limitless potential.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Provides guidance to the Legacy Team Leaders on how to communicate team goals and identify areas for new training or skill checks.

  • Answers questions, provides support and oversees Legacy Team Leader’s work for quality and guideline compliance. 

  • Responsible for hiring processes and team member training.

  • Tracks team performance to provide guidance on areas for improvement.

  • Fosters a positive work environment to maintain employee retention and satisfaction.

  • Helps develop and achieve goals based on company metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to modify and implement company processes.

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements 

  • Proven work experience leading teams of both direct and indirect reports required.

  • Excellent time management.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accountability of established goals.

  • Communicates effectively, both verbal and written.

  • High School/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
